Trafficking in persons refers to the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring or receipt of persons through the use of force, coercion, fraud or other forms of deception. For the purpose of exploitation1. Human trafficking can include forced labor. and sexual slavery. and abuse of power for commercial purposes. Trafficking in persons is contrary to international human rights law.

Anti-Trafficking in Persons Law
Issued by Royal Decree No. (M/40) dated 21/7/1430 AH corresponding to 14/7/2009 AD, the law defines the forms and forms of trafficking in persons offenses, sets appropriate penalties and increases them in specific cases, and outlines aspects of protection for victims of trafficking in persons, especially in the stages of investigation, investigation and trial.
